The slate is finished with a coat of waterproofing sealant which also enhances the colour.

For installation choose from stainless steel pozidrive screws, hexagonal screws or, for a small supplement, stainless steel screws and screw covers.
Alternatively for a small extra cost the plaque can be supplied with invisible fixings set into a smaller backing plaque. Installation is easy and instructions are included with each plaque.
